Hello, new user here and so far this has been by far the most helpful web app for learning Chinese (wish i would've found it earlier..). However, As i have only been studying chinese for three semesters i feel there are still many grammar points that i am missing, especially when creating my own sentences or dialogues. I'm not asking you to do my homework or anything, but it would be very helpful to get feedback on translations. I don't think i would be the only one to benefit from this either (hopefully). Would love to hear what everyone else hears about this idea!

Before considering a subforum, let's try this: make posts on the particular patterns you want to discuss in this forum. That way, we can see how useful it is, and how much interest there is in hot grammar pattern talk!

I know I, for one, would love a sub-forum or two that behaved more like a tradition forum with the most recently replied to post being bumped to the top.

@joshwhitson13: while viewing the forum, click the "created" header in the upper right and it should change to "updated." The threads in the forum should now be sorted by the traditional method - by the most recent post - rather than by when the threads were created.

There are now more than 22,000 posts. Subforums would make it easier to find things. As far as seeing the latest, the most recent so many could be placed in their own section. It would also may it easier to figure out what a topic is about in cases where the topic title is not clear.
