Does anyone know how I can add all the words from each lesson. I often get the option to study either section one or section two, key vocabulary or supplementary vocabulary.

Is there a way to check both options at the same time or do I need to complete the first section and then manually change the study settings to study the second section.

What you choose is just which section to study first, the second section should be added later automatically. Make sure that you have the study option "Section Movement" turned to "automatically move to next section".
