iOs app pleco integration

Wouldn't it be awesome if you could add words to skritter from the pleco app or look up words from skritter in pleco? Obviously this adds a whole new level of complicated integration, but is it possible?

(Sorry if someone's beaten me to it...)

No new features! App sooner! :)

Check the Skritter Facbook page and I think you will be pleased. :)

From Skritter on facebook... "This button is just going to send the word to Pleco so that its dictionary entries will appear, but we might do more with it later. "

Silly me, they've already done it!

Stop giving them ideas of prolonging the release date!

As it stands, I already seriously genuinely honestly believe I will be fluent in speaking and writing chinese before the app is even released.

This wasn't an iOs exclusive suggestion. I heard of Skritter through MDBG, and thought the web feature of being able to look up a word you're studying or add a word from a dictionary should be applied to the app. Anyway, it's irrelevant now as they've already included what I was suggesting.

@malaili2 Nick has said that many of the improvements (like the newer quadratic algorithm instead of linear algorithm) that are making their way to the iOS device will later come to the desktop. Designing Skritter for the iOS was one of the most requested features. Considering the popularity of iOS devices and Skritter's inability to run on them, doing the iOS app was a must. Also with flash no longer being developed for mobile and mobile being the preferred way to study by many students it may yet get another re-code for another platform (I guess it will depend on the popularity of Win8 and Android). I know it may not be what you want but it is what is want most Skritter students want. Also while Nick and Scott are working on iOS the rest of the Skritter team is still working on the desktop site.
