New words not being added

Rittto   July 9th, 2014 1:36p.m.

I haven't changed any settings, but recently it just stopped adding words from my lists. I'm nowhere near complete, so something must be up.
Can someone help me out?

朗帝   July 9th, 2014 2:16p.m.

Is it showing up in "Adding words from" or "Reviewing words from" section? How many items do have left for review? How fast are you adding new words?

That happened to me last night so I think there was a glitch. It seems to be working for me now though.

@Rittto Does this seem to be ironed out now?

rodney   July 10th, 2014 5:43a.m.

I found that there are no. more sounds when adding words, however words are added. Not sure whether this is my problem only through

Rittto   July 10th, 2014 1:51p.m.

It still isn't adding them, it just says "0 to review 0 added".
The little green plus button is greyed out.
Also it seems like it's giving me far less to review each day, only about 32 words. It used to give me like 80.

@Rittto: Ah-hah, found the problem! It looks like your account is currently expired which means you'll be unable to add any new words. You can still review any words previously studied however. To resubscribe please visit: https://www.skritter.com/account/billing/subscribe. You could also prepay 6 months at a time via PayPal if you prefer at: http://www.skritter.com/account/billing/prepay

@Rodney: is this on the iOS app or the web? If on the app, I'd try clearing the local data through Settings > Account > Clear Local Data, and also verify that all of the sound options are enabled in the settings and the device is not accidentally muted.

Oh oops, wow. Thanks!
