Sorry that this is a bit off topic, but this is the only Chinese related forum I am a member to. I am finding it hard to translate the following suit meansurements so I can send them back to my brother in UK for the wedding suits. Is there anyone out there who knows? I worked out half of them but am still lost, and dont want to mess this up!

衫长。裤长。胸围。裤围。肩宽。裤头。膝围。脚围。袖长。直档连头。前胸宽。背宽。

衫长。 - (shirt/dress) length
裤长。 - pants length
胸围。 - chest width
裤围。 - hip width
肩宽。 - shoulder width
裤头。 - waistband
膝围。 - knee
脚围。 - leg opening
袖长。 - sleeve length

直档连头。 直档 is front crotch. I don't know what 头 refer to. May be it's crotch depth (that means including the stomach)

前胸宽。 - across front
背宽 - across back
