"Still looking for one to add" message

I just started up Skitter again this week. Deleted all my words and start fresh with the 完全漢字2級リスト。 I'm going at a nice and steady pace, but I keep getting this "Still looking for one to add" message. Does this mean that my list is complete and it wants to add more?

It's trying to add a word, but it's taking a while (having to scan through many already-added entries in a list) to do so, so it's giving you this message to let you know what it's doing and why you might have to wait for the next prompt soon. This could happen frequently if the words you're adding back are mostly known already. But if you don't see delays and don't mind it, then ignore it--it must be getting enough words added to keep you going.

Thanks! It's not making me wait long for my next word to appear (less than a second), so no real problems. I was just confused by seeing it show up at the end of every word. As I add more words, it probably should go away. I felt overwhelmed with my previous list, so I'm adding everything manually now before I study.

Before I'd have to wait a very long time to re-add words that I removed when I wiped my account. Usually it was when a list had multiple chapters, and I finished a chapter in a list and it went to load the next chapter. I let is run sometimes for 5 minutes and nothing. Instead, as soon as the message popped up, I'd re-click the Study button and everything would be loaded just fine.
