couple of list editing problems

I think this is an old bug, or maybe similar to one I reported a long time ago, but it's still there. If I view a list section and click on the checkbox to select all items, it doesn't do anything. I can select items individually.

This is in Chrome 20 on XP. Nothing shows up in the JavaScript console in the way of errors or warnings.

Another question: is there any way to change the order of items in a list section without deleting everything and re-adding them in the desired order?

Chrome 20, Windows XP. Kind of funny. XP is almost 11 years old. That's about how long most dogs live. If XP were a human, it would be in its 80s. I think it is an XP bug, and we don't have any way of testing on XP any more...

If you edit a section, there are drag-and-drop grabbers on the left that you can use to reorder the words.

@nick if there's something else I can do to help diagnose the select all problem, let me know. I checked the Chrome developer console and nothing showed up.

The drag-and-drop thing works, thanks! I guess I didn't glom onto the "I am drag-and-droppable" visual indicators.
