Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Depends but since they write "We were approved on an older build that got stuck in the Apple pipeline due to a couple bugs in iTunes Connect. We’ve submitted the final update with the last changes that were supposed to be in that build, so we’re just waiting on Apple update approval now, and then we’ll launch.

" I assumes that they are accepted on that build and the review only is about the changes. That normally takes around 2 or 3 weeks from Apple side. Should be less than a month then. And the app is so extremely great. Absolutely love it and I will rate is 5 as soon as it comes out. It is my most used app ever on any of my devices.
