Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

subscription on PC includes app?

If I renew my subscription by credit card on the PC version of Skritter, will I continue to have access to the app on my iPad? Or do I need to pay for the app via the Apple store? I really want both to sync.

Yes, both iOS app and web app are included whether you subscribe via the web site or the iOS app, and they sync to each other, so you can use both together however you like. Enjoy!
