IOS app logging off

goobybear   June 23rd, 2012 12:23p.m.

Is there a way to log off the iOS app without doing a clear local data. Everytime clear local data is done requires a full sync next time you log in which takes a long time.

The reason I'm asking for this is my kids "borrrow" my iPad and disappear so I'm left to take their itouch but I don't want them messing with my skritter account on the itouch.

Not currently, although we're thinking of adding one. What you could do is hit the "Change User" in the account settings and log in as some other account you don't care about; they probably wouldn't change it back to your account, although a password would not be required.

Another thing to do for now would be to go into the demo from the Guide, then force quit the app. That'll have the effect of logging you out without clearing your data.

The work around going into the demo and force quit works great
