Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

the character 變

this character isn't right on Skritter. The bottom of 變 should be like the right side of 放。 There's no way for me to type out that component of the character. It's read "pu1" and it's a variation of 攴. Currently, the way 變is written on Skritter is with a 夊(sui1), but this is incorrect!
