Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Want to start over. How do I go back to beginning?

I have not used this app for a year almost so really need to start over but do not see a way to move back to the beginning. Can you help?

If you go to the 'my words' page, then click on 'Delete All' on the Left Hand Side you can delete all your progress and start from the beginning.
