Works fine on my 3GS, though I use my iPad more often. Not much difference in performance except adding items is slightly slower on the iPhone.

Works great on my iPhone 3gs, and performance is pretty good too though I have noticed slowness after prolonged use. I simply clear the data by removing skritter from recently used apps bar and it's back to normal again.
