I can't reproduce what I think you mean. Can you be more specific? When did this start happening? Which browser and site versions, and does it happen in other browsers or site versions?

Bohan   October 9th, 2012 1:26a.m.

These are the two sites I'm using:

http://www.skritter.cn/study/all

http://ios.skritter.com/study/all

I'm using Explorer. Should I try another browser? I'll have to download one

nick   October 9th, 2012 12:54p.m.

Yes, please download Chrome or Firefox and let me know if it makes a difference.

When did this start happening?

Bohan   October 14th, 2012 11:09a.m.

Nick,

I've tried downloading Chrome a bunch of times, but I can't seem to. This is the link I've been going to:

https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/thankyou.html?clickonceinstalled=1&installdataindex=defaultbrowser

Any other ideas?

nick   October 15th, 2012 4:51p.m.

What is the problem that you get when trying to install Chrome? Is there an error? Does nothing happen? There is a link there on that page that you can click to manually download it if it doesn't automatically download.

I just downloaded firefox. I tried to download chrome about a dozen times, both the English and Chinese versions, but it wouldn't download.

Firefox is working fine

.....except now I need to download adobe, haha

Bohan   October 16th, 2012 12:54a.m.

I guess I spoke too soon. I just downloaded adobe twice and it's still not working. ughhhh

Bohan   October 16th, 2012 10:42a.m.

Nick, I hate chrome and firefox so much right now. Are there any other browsers that I can try?

nick   October 16th, 2012 11:48a.m.

Safari is another one; that also runs on Windows.

It is hard to debug problems for you without knowing the answer to some of the clarifying questions I ask, like what you mean when you say it won't download. We will have a better time of things if you can be more specific in answering those.

Bohan   October 17th, 2012 4:49a.m.

I just downloaded Safari without it hitch, and it's working perfectly. I checked first this time.

Chrome would not download. Adobe wouldn't download. I don't know why.

Anyway, problem is solved, thanks for your help!
