This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Can't seem to resubscribe :(

I recently resubscribed to Skritter, and the payment has gone through, but I still get the message that I cannot add any more words because my account has expired. Is anyone else having this issue? I can't use the app or the website D:

Hi Marysia

I can verify your account is subscribed and active. If it's still giving you this message on the iOS app, there's a good chance you might be logged in as another account. You can switch accounts via Settings > Account > Change User. Hope this helps!

I have logged out and logged in again, but the problem is still persisting - I can only study 2 characters, and I get the error message "NO WORDS TO STUDY - you need to add words to study, but to add words you need to subscribe. Go to account settings to subscribe". Interestingly when I look under Settings>Account>Subscription, it says my next payment is due 29 June 2014. Maybe there is some kind of problem with accepting my payment?

Try giving it another go, it should be working now-- sorry about that! It looks like there was a glitch with applying the subscription time, but is now fixed.

I just got an email saying I have unsubscribed!!!! This definitely wasn't me, unless I accidentally did it myself whilst trying to fix this issue

Ah no, working now!! Thank you

Glad it's working now, no problem!
