Edit incorrect pinyin

loar   April 7th, 2013 11:22p.m.

Hi all,

I have noticed that for words that contain a character with more than one pronounciation, the pinyin can be incorrect for the word. For example, let's take the word effective, in skritter it shows the following:

有效率 - you3xiao4shuai4

It should be you3xiao4lv4. Interestingly enough efficiency comes up as:

效率 - xiao4lv4

Is there anyway to edit/correct the pinyin for a word?

So funny story, in the office today I said to a colleague you3xiao4shuai4 for to be effective and she laughed at me LOL.

loar,
you can always go to the detail view for the item (the magnifying glass on the web-app or the i-button on the iOS-app), from there, you can send a feedback / correction.
As for this item, I've changed it. However, I couldn't find this in any dictionary; as for German, I've translated this with -rate. I think, it should be a noun, this was also confirmed by a Chinese colleague. However, I didn't change the English definition, please have a look.
