iOS application crashing after update

Alexei   June 29th, 2013 8:46a.m.

Hello!

I've updated my skritter to the version with sentences, it worked fine for a few days but now it crashes to the home screen as 3 seconds after I open the app. I believe the first time happened when I lost connection to the internet, I first thought it to be an internet issue, but after regaining connection the problem persisted.

I've tried reinstalling, and the program works until it resyncs. As soon as the resync is complete the app crashes again.

iOS 6.1.2 jailbroken, iPhone 5

Please solve this ASAP, as I have an exam coming up.

Hi Alexei!

I just noticed your forum post, but did just email you about this as well. Hopefully we can debug the issue.

Has anyone else been experiencing any crashes?

Turns out it was a skritter problem. Apparently one of the words caused it to crash. Thanks for fixing it!

I can't use skritter Japanese on my iPad mini. It crashes while trying to sync. It is fine on my iPhone though.

zult, are you still having problems on the iPad mini? Does it have the latest version of the Skritter app? It might be worth reinstalling it and seeing if it works then, and if not, you can let me know and I'll see if I can find anything else wrong with it.
