How to move words from one list into another

shanghainese   July 14th, 2013 11:24p.m.

Hi,

I've selected (ticked) the words that I want to move to another list. Then I press the drop-down menu and select Move to list... but nothing happens. I've tried restarting internet explorer etc. etc. but nothing seems to fix this problem. Am I doing something wrong?

Does it work any better in Chrome or Firefox?

shanghainese   July 15th, 2013 8:32p.m.

I suppose it could be a problem with IE which IMO is a piece of garbage software generally. Will try your suggestion and get back to you.

Yeah, as a general rule I would suggest using Skritter with Chrome or Firefox, reserving IE as a last measure.

Thanks a lot Evan for the advice. Using Safari on my iDevice instead solved it. When will users finally ditch Microsoft 's products I wonder.

Now thar I've moved the words to another list, how do I delete the words in the list that I just moved them from? I don't want them to be duplicated in two lists. However, I don't see such an option, there is only 'ban'.

Its possible to solve this of course by moving and deleting lists. Nonetheless there should be an option of deleting single words.

You can go and edit the list, there you can delete single words.
