What's going on with Skritter?

I've been on a roll for a few months now, adding 25 characters a day (traditional and simplified, plus Pinyin) and spending 1 hour a day on Skritter. But it looks like due to a bug, that streak ends today.

I did 45 minutes, took a break to learn my 25 new characters, came back, and tried to add them...but things went wrong.

It allowed me to review all the characters, and gave me the impression it was adding them to my total list of known characters. But when I returned to the main screen, I found that I hadn't learned any new characters, I hadn't studied any time past the 45 minutes, and...I have 59 items due right now.

The word list has all the characters I just added in gray when they should be green, and inspecting the individual characters, it looks as if I've never reviewed them. Even after going through the 59 reviews and Skritter again giving me the impression it was adding them to my totals. It still just says I have 59 reviews due and haven't learned any new characters.

What is going on?

Oh, and every time I try to study, it starts back at 45 minutes again. The bug happens in both Firefox and Chrome.

HOWEVER...the word list has today's date saying I completed the section I just added, it added to the percentage complete, and has subtracted 25 from the number of characters left in the list.

I have the same problem.

Any news?

Sorry about this--will take a look. What are some of the characters in question that should have been marked as added?

The problem resolved itself yesterday morning.

Sounds like the tasks might have gotten backed up until some more servers came through later to process them. I'll have to keep an eye out on the task processing rates.
