When I was fighting my way through my lists, I was wondering if it's possible to get a more intelligent list management.
I would like to define when and how, and where from, new items are added:
Every Monday, add 5 items (writing, tone, definition) from HSK 1.
Every 4 days, add 20 items (just tones) from HSK 2.

Etc. etc.

Because these days, I have been activating and deactivating "add from this list" every now and then, because I wanted the tones from one list, and all items from another list, and just couldn't think of a more intelligent way to do it.

Nick, what do you think? Is it very difficult to implement?

not something I would use. @Nick, one little annoying thing on the new ios7, every word/sentence says 'simp' at the bottom. As I am studying only simplified and I know from the characters they are simplified its a wee bit annoying to see this. Can it be disabled somehow?

I gave up hoping that the Skritter guys would implement requested features...

I don't think we're going to make an automatic-but-precisely-manually-configured list adding feature. As for the list-specific parts: have you tried the per-list parts study control that Scott hooked up this summer?

Yes but for my needs its not specific enough Nick. I am adding now tones from HSK 1-4 and all elements from HSK 5.
It's just that I need to control that when I hit the "add 50" button it's really 50 tones and not 50 new characters in all study modes. So I still have to manually switch between lists :-(
It would already help if when hitting the add button you were asked not only how many? But also from which list?
Like at Amazon when you add something to your wish lists....
