Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Account Creation

Hello

I created an account and purchased a 1 month subscription, but it says it hasn't downloaded yet and doesn't seem to be doing anything. It says I do t have a subscription at the bottom of the home menu. Is this normal?

Is it possible you purchased the subscription logged in as another account? In the meantime I've manually applied the month's time to the account you've made this post with.

You can double check which account your are logged in to on the app and switch it via Settings>Account
