Missing Reviews

I reviewed for over an hour on the 12th, but today Skritter says I didn't review at all and seems to be adding the same words again. Also, despite having 200+ words in the review queue, it's giving me words that are 'not due, ~20%'

That, or something similar, happened to me on Oct 7. Everything was working fine until I got a "syncing" pop-up during my session and it started feeding me words i had recently reviewed, as if i hadn't just reviewed them.

I don't see anything strange in the logs. alexandermuir, was there any timezone change or something like that? Is the correct timezone set in your Skritter account preferences? It looks like the progress time went to the 11th instead, unless you actually double-studied on the 11th also.

If the same words are coming up again and aren't due, either a clear local data (for the iOS app) or a page reload (on the web app) would be the first thing to try. That can happen sometimes when the connection gets really bad or weird things with time occur.

Hope this helps. We'll keep our eyes out for what might be causing this.

No time zone changes, though I was on a trip that involved VPNs (which I use normally to connect to Skritter) and a short flight. The time for the 11th is correct, but there should be a similar time for the 12th. All usage was through the website on windows 8 rt.

the issue with the words seems to have passed, i'll try a refresh if it happens again, as you suggested
