Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Android - Filter functionality
It seems that the list selection under the Filter functionality not refreshing properly. It appears to rely on cached memory. The work around is to go to Lists, it seems to refresh the cache that the Filter list is drawn from.

Just a quick update. I have fixed this issue so that it attempts to refresh lists from the server when opening the dialog. It'll go it with the next update, which is hopefully just around the corner.
