2014 GO- to the ALS (2014 Chinese Goals)

安勇氣   January 3rd, 2014 2:04p.m.

Hey all,

What are your goals for 2014??!?

snowcreature99   January 3rd, 2014 7:52p.m.

To enjoy using Chinese every day, no matter of brief the time or how crazy life gets. (Studying doesn't count as "using" here...)

jww1066   January 3rd, 2014 9:47p.m.

I was inspired by Nick's project, so I'd like to get to 4000 words on Skritter. I think this should take me several months.

For each word, I'd like to learn a sentence using it in context (I'll study the sentences in Anki). This will probably take longer based on my experience studying sentences in the past.

usbrandon   January 6th, 2014 11:34p.m.

I am committed to being more consistent with studying. This year I will pass a few HSK exams. Another goal is to plow through the Chinese version of management discussion and analysis for Chineae companies that pop up in my stock filter criteria. It's all about fun and applying Chinese this year.
