For a few weeks now I've been having trouble with the New Practical Reader List. I've already sent some emails regarding this matter but it still hasn't been resolved.

A few weeks ago I changed the NPCR list to "stop adding after each section". After I did this the list has been acting in very strange ways.

First, I can no longer add words from this list. If I try to add words from this list in either the iOS Phone app or the website it will throw up a "no new words to add" message.

On the list screen, the list constantly moves between "Adding words from" and the "reviewing from" section. I have tried manually setting the list to "review" or "add words", but it ignores this and just floats between the "reviewing" and "Adding" on its own.

I have tried unticking the list's "stop after each section", but this does not seem to help.

One week ago a "remixed" version of this list appeared amongst my lists. I didn't make this list and it exhibits the strange behaviour of the original list.

Finally, I have tried deleting both lists. However, after deleting them within in a few minutes they reappear on my set of lists, floating between "adding" and "reviewing" from, unable to add new words from, and all the other strange behaviour.

This is all incredibly frustrating and I'd like to ask you guys to please take another look at it.

I'm also having trouble with a list. I finished hsk level 3 and moved to level 4 but it doesn't seem to add new characters. The hsk 4 list doesn't appear in "my list" but when I go to "textbooks" tag and pop it up it shows as 5% loaded.
In "my list" the 4 lists completed (101 skitter, hsk 1 to 3 appear correctly tagged as completed. Hsk 4 doesn't' appear at the top. Instead their is a message saying I'm not adding any character from any list.
But in fact characters are added!
