I've just discovered this character.
A friend here in China told me that this character, also called "“红双喜”, it's a very important character in Chinese culture. I found it drawn in a big painting in a restaurant and also on a pack of cigarettes.

Definitely quite important..I believe the house of my in-laws in China is still plastered with that character....ever since our wedding there.

Maybe it's not worth a list because I can't think of that many but there are a bunch of characters that you see all the time meaning good luck etc. including the double happiness and that character always hanging upside down.

It's on the list of characters to be whipped up, now. Yeah!
