Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Quick question. How come my queue sometimes grows _while_ I am reviewing?

It sometime shows "false growth" while reviewing due to a bug. If you keep reviewing, often times that growth will be followed by a massive drop. That drop usually includes the false growth plus the reviews that you have done since the growth.

It could also be that more items have come due during that time. Items are constantly coming due.

Also it might partly be words you recently got wrong and that are coming due again.
