Would it be possible to enable the grading shortcuts also for grading after you have typed the Pinyin. Sometimes I am not happy with the automatic grading after I typed the pinyin. Or I made a typo and know I know the correct answer, but then I need to use the mouse to change the grading.

Ps: have it been previously discussed that the shortcut for audio (a or ') does not work when you are practicing the Pinyin because Skritter reads it as an Pinyin input?

No, because the keyboard shortcuts for grading are used to input tones, or change the tones you inputted. I don't think it would make sense to change the meaning of 1-4 from tone input to prompt grading so quickly like that.

For the audio shortcut, I don't know what else one would do, save add another shortcut which doesn't use the alpha letter (most of which we're already using for more important things). At least in the Chinese reading prompts, the audio is less important than usual, because that would be giving away the answer until after you're done with it, so it's only for a repeat listen after completion that you would need it anyway.

If the audio is to big a problem, I understand. It just that I uses it a lot. Tones and pronunciation are a huge part of my exam.

I can not see however why the meaning of 1-4 can be changed from input tones -> hit enter -> get the automatic grading -> change the grading with 1-4 in the same way tat its done with writing etc.

I have checked. Even after you have received the grading the 1-4 change the tone. But if you hit enter it does not change the grading. So in effects it does not serve any purpose? It should not be a big change in the programming, but would make a huge difference and give those that want to use it the opportunity to do so.

What do others think? Will it be handy and not confusing to activate the 1-4 grading after you input a Chinese reading prompt, maybe until and unless you start editing what you typed again?
